"The Catch"
A beautiful iridescent fish hangs from a fishing rod against the stark white deck of a boat, its blue and silver scales catching the light like something precious. Dramatic diagonal shadows cut across the frame. Chrome fittings and rigging lines create bold geometric patterns around it. The whole composition is part trophy photograph, part accidental still life — graphic, luminous, and completely unexpected.
Someone had a very good day on the water. They pointed a camera at their catch, pressed the shutter, and without knowing it, made something that looks more like art than documentation.
The fish is the subject. The light is the magic. And the shadows are doing something extraordinary.
